I soldered my LED/sensor/battery pack to your Prop PCB and it doesn't work. Can you reimburse me?
In short: no. In details: once you've soldered anything to the board, if its toast, we're sorry You fried it. There is nothing We can do with it once You fried the microchips or other components. Please read our terms and agreements Before ordering. All boards are tested and are in working order before being shipped to you to ensure no dead units arrive at your place. If you require assistance, please read the FAQ carefully and ask questions. Once you've hit it with the soldering iron, we can't do anything.

As mentionned in the "contact us" section, the best way to reach us is with the "ask seller a question" feature of this online store. This ensures your email isn't filtered by our spam filters and puts your email inline for as fast an answer as possible.

Do you ship to XYZ??
You might have noticed that the shipping calculations have only US and Canada; if you require our products overseas, please contact us but keep in mind that shipping will be more pricey and we will have to include tracking/insurances at Your expenses. Remember it WILL be pricey, because parcel services do charge plenty for that. International shipping is pricey and slow. Very pricey. and Very slow. If you are OK with that, keep in mind that it will be VERY PRICEY, and VERY SLOW and that there isn't anything we can do about it. We will NOT ship without tracking information.
